Breaded fish fillets

Breaded fish has been a traditional dish for centuries and now Grímur Kokkur has successfully produced his own version of this classic dish.
 
 
Pre-fried breaded Cod. 
 

Heating method: Heat the oven to 185°C place the fish frozen on an oven tray and heat it for 20 to 25 minutes.

 

Grímur kokkur suggests: Boiled potatoes, salad and sautéed onions or hollandaise sauce.

 

Ingredients:

Cod (75%), bread crumbs (flour, water, yeast, colours (E160b, E160c, E100)), batter (maize flour, modified wheat starch, maize starch), onion powder, salt, pepper.

Fried in Rapeseed oil.
