Delicious wholesome vegetarian cakes, rich in proteins and complex carbohydrates.

The cakes are easy to heat and are a good choice for the health conscious. Also available in the vegetarian range: Garlic- and cannelloni bean cakes and Chickpea cakes.  


Grímur kokkur suggests: Serve with a hot or cold sauce, rice and a fresh salad.  


Ingredients: Red lentils (45,6%), carrots (45,6%), onion, water, orange juice concentrate, potato starch, stock (sea salt, yeast extract, maltodextrin, palm fat, lovage, mace, pepper), wheat fibre, garlic, thyme. Fried in rapeseed oil.
