Smoked Haddock

If you are a fan of smoked fish you should try the smoked Haddock from Grímur Kokkur. It is smoked in modieration and therefore has a very mild smoky taste. Grímur Kokkur uses less salt which also makes it a healthy choice.

Bring water to the boil, cut the Haddock into small pieces and place in the water foru approx. 5 minutres. Serve with potatos and butter.
