Fish cakes

Our fish cakes are closely related to the Traditional fish cakes as they are also produced from fresh Cod. Fish cakes are a dish that all family members enjoy. The fish cakes are a strong asset when it comes to getting the younger generation to eat more fish.
The fish cakes are fully cooked and only need to be re-heated in the oven or in the microwave. 
Grímur kokkur suggests: Serve with a Hollandaise- or curry sauce along with a fresh salad and rice or potatoes.


Cod (75%), onion, spice blend (flour, breadcrumbs (water, yeast), potato starch, aroma (milk, celery), salt, garlic, pepper), wheat fibre, egg (preservative (E211), acid (E330)), herbal cheese (coconut oil, milk protein, maize starch, antioxidants (E330, E331, E340), stabiliser (E452), cheese flavor (cheese, milk powder, antioxidant (E339)), gelatin, preservatives (E202, E211, E252), colour (E160a). Fried in Rapeseed oil.
