Heating method: Heat the oven to 180°C place the cakes on an oven tray and heat for 8-10 minutes.
 

Suggests: Serve with boiled potatoes and salad.

Ingredients: Cod (75%), onion, potatoes, potato flour, fiber, Omega-3 fatty acid oil (1,5%) (refined fish oil, extra virgin olive oil), salt, pepper, water. Fried in Rapeseed oil.

Nutrition value in 100 g: Energy 583 kJ / 139 kkal, fat 4,4 g, of which saturated fat 0,5 g, carbohydrates 14,1 g, of which sugars 0,0 g, fiber 3,9 g, protein 8,8 g, salt 1,0 g.
