Breaded fish fingers

 Heating method: Heat the oven to 185°C place the fish frozen on an oven tray and heat it for 12 to 15 minutes.

 

Grímur kokkur suggests: Boiled potatoes, salad and sautéed onions or hollandaise sauce.

Ingredients:

Cod (75%), bread crumbs (flour, water, yeast, colours (E160b, E160c, E100)), batter (maize flour, modified wheat starch, maize starch), onion powder, salt, pepper.

Fried in Rapeseed oil.
